Web Shop Company
These products are sold by Lujakunto Oy (FI24158662). We sell products for legal aged adults and companies all over world. Product prices include Finnish VAT (24% or 14%) which can be reduced in certain deals between companies and outside EU.
Ordering and delivery requires an email address, a phone number and a delivery address. The customer agrees in every order for those terms and conditions that are valid at the moment of ordering. All orders are confirmed by email which tells the customer the price, the delivery price and the delivered products. Our logistic partners will contact customer by email, phone call or SMS once the delivery or pick-up is possible.
Delivery Methods and Costs
Delivery costs includes delivery and packing costs. You can check the costs after selecting items to your shopping basket and after choosing the delivery country. At the end of this text you can find available list of delivery methods and countries
Delivery Methods in Finland:
- Matkahuolto Near Parcel (Delivery at Matkahuolto, Siwa, Valintatalo)
- Matkahuolto Home delivery
- Posti Home delivery
- Postal package (Delivery at Posti)
- SmartPOST-package (Delivery at Posti Parcel Points).
If the package is too big it will be delivered to nearest Post Office.

Postal package - Our logistic partners will contact customer once the pick-up is possible.

Return and Exchange policy
All our products have a 30 days return and change option. Returned or changed products need to be in their original boxes and packing materials with tags still on. Products need to be unused and in shape for resell. Lujakunto does NOT offer the return service free of charge when the customer's shipping address is located outside Finland. Contact us for more information.
Write the following information clearly:
- Identification number, name, address and phone number
- Bank account number
- Copy of order confirmation
After we have received the returned goods and estimated their condition, we will return the money to your bank account, cancel the invoice/part payment or send replacing products.
Questions and problem situations
We will be happy to answer any further questions you might have, so do not hesitate to contact us. In cases of missing shipments or defect products we kindly ask you to contact us immediately.
